the charms of the Victorian era without the fussiness,
the Santa Nella House rooms are decorated with lovely
era-furniture and all the luxury of today. Each
of the guest rooms with private bath has been extensively
renovated and modernized to provide for the comfort
of today’s guests. Luxury linens and handmade
quilts adorn the beds with their very modern and
comfortable mattresses. Air conditioning and central
heat, romantic in-suite fireplaces, and fluffy robes
provide a comfortable and a romantic setting.

bed, marble-top Oak dressers and a redwood
wall, hand-cut and milled from trees on
the property, accentuate the room. The room

Cancellations:
Due to the small size of our inn, we are greatly
affected by untimely cancellations. An advance
payment by check (within 5 days) or charged
to your credit card in the amount of one-night's
stay, plus tax, is required to guarantee your
reservation. The balance is due upon check-in.
If you need to cancel your reservation, a 10-day
notice is required to receive a full refund,
with a $20 processing fee per room charged to
your credit card. If you are unable to cancel
10 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you
will be charged in full for your reservation
if we are unable to re-book your room(s). Cancellations
of groups of two or more rooms, or on holiday
weekends, require notice of at least 30 days.
No credit or refunds will be given for early
departures unless we are able to re-book your
room(s). No-shows are charged for the full scheduled
stay.
